Fish Fry Cupcakes

Double Chocolate Milky Way Cupcakes for the church local fish fry.  Thanks to What's New, Cupcake? authored by Karen Tack & Alan Richardson.  The idea came from the books, which I just love the ideas in both of the books, I want to make every one.  I used my own recipe, but the actual idea came from What's New, Cupcake?   Totally go and check out their ideas, supe cute!!
