Cakes this weekend....

Corsette Cake - White Chocolate Cake with Fresh Raspberry and Whipped Cream Filling.  The dowels were used only while I was placing on the final touches to the cake and for the delivery.  This was a tough one due to the fresh raspberry whipped cream filling, buttercream and HUMIDITY!!!  Eeek. I just hope it lasted long enough for the brides to see it, get a picture.  :)  I even had nightmares last night thinking everything fell into a big gooey mess on the brides table.  eeek....

This cake is what we call "garbage cake" at our house, it only means extra cake and frosting.  Went to a neighbors.  :)

 this cake was for a 8 year olds birthday, vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream filling.
